Here are some highlights, all times UTC:

1. 40.925 (usb) data, Egypt, 1st time heard,

weak, 0615-0730 24/3; in usb, "pop pop" sound (like 40.69), but for only 30
sec per minute.

2. 49.750398 am TV carrier, Hainan Island (20N,110E)

sole 49.75 tx!  extreme 1 hop F2 at about 3500-3600 miles.
weak, QSB, with stronger-than-usual north Thai 48.2604 txs at 3300+ miles
(also QSB), 0137-0250 24/3.

3. 38.960 nbfm  NHK fm link, Japan, 1st time heard,

carrier present without program at times, strong 0120-  , 23/3.
Received simultaneously by Robert Copeman of Melbourne who alerted me.

4. On 23/3 at 0815 UTC, opening to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan:

and 0815 UTC 23/3; the others received by me 0815 UTC 23/3.
** observed to peak at QTF ~ 330 degrees on 24/3
